Group Relamping
Group relamping is the replacing of all the lamps in a facility or in a given defined area at one time.  Lamps which are near the end of there expected life are a major contributor to light loss and costly maintenance.  Scheduled activities like group relamping is a method to avoid this problem.

When all the lamps are replaced at once, lighting loss is minimized, and it is more cost effective than constantly replacing lamps that are burned out.  It is recommended that lamps are replaced at 70% of their rated life.  This is when the lamp's output starts to diminish and burnouts start to occur.  A drop in lighting can affect the customer's perception of your business & your products.  Group relamping and scheduled preventive maintenance is a pro-active approach to avoiding these issues.

Energy Savings
85% of lighting costs is energy cost alone. We can design a turnkey project that will create a positive cash flow though energy savings. With the latest lighting technologies, like T8, T5, electronic ballasts, compact fluorescents, occupancy sensors, we can reduce lighting energy costs by up to 70% without sacrificing proper illumination of the work areas.

Retail Store Route Lighting Service

For our Customers with a lighting maintenance agreement, our lighting technician will visit your store site on a regular basis (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) to inspect and make needed repairs to the lighting system.  A budgeted inspection/service fee will keep your lighting costs under control.
